Great Saison ale

Delicious! I steeped the grain at 155 for 30 minutes and sparked the grain with additional 2 quarts of 155 degree water. I like a bit more hop now so did use the entire ounce of Magnum hops at start of the boil. Starting specific gravity was 1.054 with 5.25 gallons. Used the dry yeast at 70-72 degrees. Changed to secondary fermenter on day 4, at 1.012 and bottled on day 17 at 1.008. Great fruity flavor. Highly recommend.

Overall good

This beer had a higher alcohol content than I expected and you definitely taste it with each drink. With that said it's a great trading beer that I enjoyed making and drinking.

Blood orange Saison

Unlike some other kits for blood orange brewing this one has a ton of orange flavor and I look forward to enjoying this brew as soon as it is ready

Great Summer Saison

Came out exactly as described. Would 100% order again. Only issue is I keg my homebrew, this was my first saison and I think I may have overdone it with the force carbonation because it would pour 2/3 foam. From what I can tell it was operator error and a Quick fix was to pour a pitcher and let it settle then serve from there.
